GED Vouchersįinancial assistance is available to help with the cost of the GED® test for those who attend Adult Education classes. Learners ages 16 – 17 may take the GED exam only with proper approval and paperwork (see “GED Testing for 16 & 17-Year-Olds” on the GED Testing page). Any adult who is at least 18 years of age, and not presently enrolled in school, may participate in the GED program. Each GED learner works at his or her own pace and all instructional materials are available at no cost to the learner. We offer FREE GED classes and testing for learners within our service area.
